Fax number (leave blank to use configured default): If empty, uses DEFAULT_FAX_NUMBER from the server configuration.

Fax provider SRFax SOAP (default, production) Asterisk T.38 SIP (experimental) SIP path returns 502 sip_not_configured until the operator provisions SIP_USERNAME/SIP_PASSWORD via secrets.
